Citroen C3 Exclusive
Hi Guy's anyone tell me if any Citroen C3 Turbo Diesels have been converted? Regards John :shock: :shock:

Hi Guy's anyone tell me if any Citroen C3 Turbo Diesels have been converted? Regards John As much as i know about the c3 is that it is the newest form of the hdi engine and hence could not / should not be run on veg oil due to the extremly high running pressure of the diesel pump as the thicker oil resisting being sprayed via the injectors creates massive back pressure on the pump hence causing failure. Unless someone else on here knows otherwise stick to diesel or make equiries more down the line of running your motor on bio diesel. 8)

Thanks mate. Perhaps it would run on say a 50% mix, I know it was'nt too happy when I inadvertantly put a gallon of petrol in. Knocked like hell, and the wife said my car is making a funny noise. I had to top it up every other day until the knocking stopped. She still does'nt know. john :oops: :oops: :oops:

She still does'nt know. john :oops: :oops: :oops: Yes , i know what you mean its all to easy as i am quite clumsy as i often trip over the mat while adding a little veg to my diesel so much so theres normally no room left for the diesel :wink:
