Hi, My first sugestion would be to loose as much of that pipework as possible, getting the hot oil to the IP pump quicker, then i would insulate the remaining pipework to keep all of that heat in. then if your feeling adventurous you could loop the return flow from the IP back to the VOW heater to let the heated oil get hotter by having another pass

I'll bare it in mind but there aren't many places to put the heater. I can't do much about the pipe work at the moment as I don't have access to 90o angeld hoses. Any idea where to get some?
